Howdy! I’m a graphic designer/web developer/work from home Mama to a toddler 40 hours of the week – and an ornament designer on the weekends.

I’ve always been a crafty person. I used to make small polymer clay animals and beaded jewelry, but never came up with anything that I really loved. That’s when TwentyTwo Turtledoves came along.

The first Christmas that my (now) husband and I were together I found clear Christmas ornaments at a craft store. I bought a few and filled them with paint and drew a pair of love birds on one. This was our first Christmas ornament (pictured on the right of my cover photo). I immediately fell in love with what I created. I posted the ornament on Etsy 2 weeks before Christmas and sold 10 within 3 days. I had no idea people would love what I created so much. But that was it! A couple years later I decided to create different designs then just birds and my shop quickly evolved to what it is today - TwentyTwo Turtledoves

Since then I've improved my business plan and process to bring you unique, high quality Christmas ornaments with a whimsical flare that you won't find anywhere else.

Many people ask me how I came up with the name TwentyTwo Turtledoves. Turtledoves are a true symbol of love – and highly recognized as the birds of love in the Christmas song ‘12 Days of Christmas.’ At the end of the entire song, you’ll have a total of 22 turtledoves.
