Nancy's felt bags are so wonderful! They are are very high quality and I've found them to be very useful for toy organization. Their playful, creative designs were a perfect way to incorporate natural materials into my daughter's room. Nancy was also very willing to help make some custom sized bags for me as well. These are a fantastic buy and I'd recommend them to anyone!

All of my items are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of my bags, purses, magnets and accessories. Please allow for slight color variances from what is shown in the photos.

Your approval & positive feedback are very important to me. I have successfully been selling handmade purses and accessories for many years. I take great pride in my work and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

I respectively ask that you contact me if an item does not meet your expectations.

If you are not happy with an item, you may return the item in its original condition within 7 days for exchange or refund. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Payment
Purchases can be made using PayPal, Esty gift cards, direct check out, check or money order.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of when payment is received. Please keep in mind that personal checks take a little longer to be processed. You will be notified when your item is shipped.

I use the USPS when shipping any items. Each handmade purse, bag, jewelry or accessory will be shipped in a padded envelope or a box, depending on the shape and size. I want to ensure your item arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition!
