Welcome to Twig & Paper! Greetings everyone. :)

Thank you for stopping by Twig & Paper to have a look!

Twig & Paper is located in a non-smoking home. Our shop has a variety of items here: handmade paper goods, altered journals/composition books, tags, crocheted items, dried rose buds & petals, nature goods (pine cones, eucalyptus bark, twigs....); vintage goods (old books, jewelry, paper items....); craft room destashing goods (lace, ribbon, fabric, beads...)

We strive to price things reasonably for both the customer & the shop. Times are tough but we still love pretty things without paying an arm & a leg for them.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
  • Money Order
  • Check
Payment
Please make your payment immediately upon checkout at least within 3 days. After 3 days your purchase will be canceled.

Twig & Paper prefers Pay Pal but if you have special circumstances---please convo us & we can work out payment through a money order or a personal check. Please NOTE: Personal checks must clear the bank & money orders must be received prior to shipment.
Shipping
Twig & Paper ships items out every other day through USPS First Class for non-book items. Your items will be packaged up nicely & snuggly for the journey to your destination.

Books/journals will be shipped through USPS Media Mail which may take a bit longer, but keeps shipping charges down significantly.

If you need an item much sooner or prefer another shipping method---convo Twig & Paper and we will work it out.

Twig & Paper strives to email our customers when your items have been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
All vintage items are sold "as is." Other items: if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please convo Twig & Paper so we can resolve any problems before leaving feedback. We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. Refunds & exchanges can be made if the problem is legitimate. Should there be a refund required, we ask that the item be returned to Twig & Paper in unused condition & packaged up well within 5 business days of contacting us. A full refund will be made minus the shipping charge. For exchanges, we expect the purchased item to be returned to Twig & Paper in unused condition & packaged up as well within 5 business days of contacting us. We will not charge for the exchanged item (if it is of equal value or less) and shipping will be waived.

Also note: Items returned without any conversation exchange between seller and buyer will not be acknowledged. No refund will be given. Contact seller before sending any items back to seller if you expect a refund.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost items in the shipping process.

Again, please convo Twig & Paper with any issues regarding your item(s) before leaving feedback. :)
Additional policies and FAQs
Twig & Paper is a one-woman show/shop! :) Of course, with the help of my new hubby's advice, items, ideas, trips to the Post Office and his two hands---helps keep the shop going!! That is why "we" & "us" is referenced. :) This shop was created to help pay off our wedding debt and to prepare for our family.

Journals are hand covered with fabric, ribbon, lace, specialty papers....We use blank composition books that are no longer sold in stores. We have a limited supply of these gems. We prefer clean white & un-lined paper as opposed to restrictive lines for those special thoughts, dreams, daily happenings, notes, doodles & drawings. We also carry college & wide ruled journals for those who prefer lines. :) (And graph composition books are also on hand for any special requests.)

Envelopes are all handmade, one by one, with a template & scissors. This takes a lot of time but our love of envelopes is worth all the time and effort. Envelopes are made from a variety of mediums---magazines pages, calendars, discarded security envelopes, scrapbook paper, wrapping paper....Envelopes are in many different sizes---check the full listing under each item.

Rose buds & petals were collected by me personally from my rose bushes at my former home in the Sunshine State. These roses are called "Tea Rose" for they are smaller than regular size roses. These fragrant & colorful bushes are in red, hot pink & yellow. I hand picked & dried the rose buds and petals naturally. Rose bushes were never sprayed with any chemicals and are virtually untouched except by me to collect the buds & petals.

Other handmade paper goods (postcards, tags, book markers) are made from scrapbook paper or blank heavy weight paper & decorated with collage mediums of magazine pictures, scrapbook items, wrapping paper, wall paper, stickers, beads, lace, string......

Vintage items are sold "as is." Detailed descriptions are given under each item. Any flaw or defect (writing in books, torn pages, shelf ware, scratches, missing pieces, discolorations, "old book" smell, etc...) will be stated in the descriptioins.

And last but not least: Custom orders can be made! Just ask & we'll see what we can do. :)

Thanks for stopping by Twig & Paper!
