TwigsDecor's Shop Policies
**CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME: 10-14 business days**
As a one-man shop, it currently takes 10-14 business days to lovingly handcraft your custom order. My wife and I really appreciate your patience, and for supporting the handmade tradition!
Also, my wife and I thought long and hard about our shop policies, and decided to offer true old-fashioned service to you, our customer. After all we work for you, and we are incredibly grateful to do so.
PAYMENT: We accept Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Cards, and PayPal. Payment is due upon checkout. Remember, you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use their services, which allows all major credit cards and debit cards. Another nice thing to consider is that PayPal offers the highest level of online convenience and security.
SHIPPING: We ship through the USPS with tracking, and on more expensive orders we add insurance.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We will ship international, but understand that it is, in our opinon, outrageously expensive to do so. However, if we are lucky enough to have an international buyer interested in our wares, please send us a convo and we will calculate the costs. If you still want the item after that, we will make a special reserve listing for you. Please remember any customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our current production time is 10-14 business days, from date of purchase to shipping. However, we are generally faster than that and ship out as soon as possible.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please be sure your Paypal address and your Etsy address match. If they don't, we will ship your purchases to your ETSY invoice address. If you'd like it shipped to your Paypal address (or any other address), please state this in the comments section when ordering. Thanks!
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES: Okay, if you are not sitting down right now, we can't be held responsible for what happens next :)
If for any reason, and we mean any, you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 3 business days (in the original packaging) and we'll refund your purchase price less shipping via PayPal, no questions asked. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item is damaged during shipping, all we require is that you send the item back within 3 business days of receiving. Make sure you pack it in the original protective material and in the original box. After we get the damaged product, we will inspect it for the stated damage, then we will refund your purchase price plus all shipping charges. Or, you are welcome to exchange it for a replacement, at which point, we will ship you another one free of charge, and refund you the return shipping cost.
