DECAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Clean the area where you are applying the decal with rubbing alcohol or soap and water.

2. Prepare the decal for application by firmly rubbing a credit card across the clear transfer tape.

3. Peel the backing off the decal at an angle.

4. Place decal on the surface and rub with credit card to transfer.

5. Slowly remove transfer tape at an angle.

Welcome to Twinflower Heights! My name is Rachael, and I'm a graphic designer turned stay-at-home boy-mom. It turns out that when you're constantly surrounded by testosterone, you’ll do almost anything to have some pretty in your life. While I love being home with my boys, part of me missed the professional side of my life that I had left behind. Which brings me here. About Our Decals

♥ All decals are created using Oracal 651, the industry standard in high performance adhesive vinyl.

♥ Unmatched dimensional stability means ORACAL 651 will last longer with better resistance against shrinking, cracking, or peeling than any other vinyl.

♥ Perfect for indoor and outdoor use.

♥ If decals are placed on dining ware, we recommend avoiding the microwave and dishwasher as it can shorten the life of the product. Hand washing is preferred.

♥ Not suitable for rubber or silicone surfaces or any type of fabric.

♥ Size ordered is approximate and can vary slightly.

Can I place a custom order?

If you have something specific in mind, please message us. Approval is needed for custom designs not pictured before purchasing.

Please remember when placing custom orders that the number of letters in the decal can change the size of the lettering. If ordering a 3" wide decal, please note that the more letters included in the requested word or name, the smaller the lettering will be to accommodate the 3"wide size that is requested.

If a custom design is requested and purchased without a deadline agreed upon by us & the buyer, processing time will be 7-10 business days.

Individual name decals are for one name only with a maximum of 12 characters. If you have a longer name, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accommodate

My order never came. What should I do?

If your order without tracking does not arrive within 2 weeks of shipment, we will send a new order out within 1 week. If your order with tracking (including expedited) is lost or significantly delayed, we will start by opening a case with USPS to attempt to find the package. We allow them one week to find the package. If there is no movement or progress after the week is up, we will replace the item free of charge and will re-ship within 1 week. This protocol also applies to items that are not properly scanned at pickup and/or along the way to their destination. Please note that there are occasions when USPS doesn't scan orders consistently, even at pickup. This does not mean your order was not shipped, and protocol above still applies.

Can I return a damaged order?

If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please take a picture of the item with the original packaging & send it to us asap. If the error was on our end, our first recourse is to replace the item. If the item is a decal, please do not apply the damaged decal unless you do not plan on requesting another one to replace it. Sending a photo of a damaged decal applied to an item will not result in a replacement or refund. No returns without photo proof listed above. Customer application errors do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Please remember that all surfaces are different & the buyer is responsible to make sure the decal will stick to their desired surface. Please message seller before placing order to inquire about your surface

Can I request a refund or return of a custom order?

No. If you receive an order with an error or damage, please send us a photo of the item with the original packaging and we will be happy to help. If the item is a decal, please do not apply the decal and then send us a photo of the damage. Customer application errors do not qualify for returns or refunds.

If we find that your order was incorrect, damaged or defective, we will gladly put your order at the "front of the line" and send you a new decal; however, refunds will not be issued.

Can I use your decals on walls?

Our decals generally can be used on slightly textured orange peel walls
(just as long as it is not grainy, sandy, or knock-down texturing); however, this is not guaranteed as vinyl is designed specifically for smooth flat surfaces. Allow freshly painted surfaces to cure approximately 4-6 weeks before applying decals. Decals may not adhere to surfaces painted with Teflon, stain guard, Low VOC, or VOC-Free paint. Buyer purchasing decals to use on their walls do so at their own risk. Decals are created using permanent industrial-grade vinyl which could result in damage to walls upon removal.

Last-Minute Orders/Shipping

If you have a last-minute order, please send us a message prior to purchasing the item. We may be able to offer recommendations, such as a suggested shipping method, or we may also inform you of our inability to complete an order in time for your event.

As a reminder, USPS ship dates are estimates, and refunds are not offered if you do not receive your package within those estimated dates. The majority of our orders are delivered on time; however, USPS does occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. If your package is more than one week late, please contact us so we can help you.

Orders will be pushed back 1 business day if original ship-by date is a federal holiday where USPS will be closed. Visit usps.com for dates

Additional decal details

Decals are made to fit the width/height that you request. This means that decals that include fewer amounts of letters may be larger than those with several letters. In comparison, the height of the decal determines the width to keep it from being distorted. For questions and specifications of a custom order, please contact me directly. Decal measurements are approximate and not exact.

Decals will be printed in the exact form the buyer requests. This includes upper/lowercase letters, unless specifically noted by buyer in instructions.

Seller is not liable if decals don't stick to your desired surface.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time is the time it takes to create your order. Shipping time is the time it takes to be delivered to you once shipped. Purchasing expedited shipping will not change processing times. Please contact us with questions before purchasing, as orders are not subject to cancellation after your transaction is completed. Processing times may be temporarily extended during high-volume seasons, so please refer to individual listings for specific information. “Business days” are M-F. USPS holidays are not considered business days as mail service is unavailable these days.

The total processing time of multiple items will be determined by the item that has the longest processing time.

What if I have a really large order?

If you have an order in excess of 20 decals, processing times may be longer than what is posted on the specific listing. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have a deadline and we will work to accommodate that.
