Erin kept in contact with me from the get go. And she was the only one adventurous enough to try JDHoney lollipops. They arrived on time and i thought the packaging was very efficient and kept them safe. Now on to the shameful part. Lol the Lollis are meant to be a gift, but they looked so delicious i had to try one... and they were so yummy i tried two... and then three lol i had to tape that envelope back up!! Thank you so much. Great service, awesome quality, prompt mailing, honesty, and on time! I loved it. She will see me again.

Erin is awesome! She really cares about her customers. She special made this item for me and then upgraded the shipping so I would get the order by Christmas. She didn't even charge me extra. Now that's what I call wonderful customer service! As for the lollipops themselves, I never got to taste them as they were a gift for my brother but he told me they were "really unique and delicious."
Accepted payment methods
My normal mode of shipping is via Canada Post. Please note that in order to keep shipping costs lower, I ship using lettermail whenever possible which does not include tracking information. Larger packages generally ship with expedited parcel mail, which does include a tracking number. At your request, I can provide a quote for shipping via FedEx or other courier.
Shipping to the U.S.:
I ship using small packet air mail whenever possible. This mode of shipping helps keep costs down for the customer, but it does not provide tracking information. At the buyer's request, I can provide a quote for shipping via FedEx or UPS.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all costs pertaining to customs and duty or other import fees.
I ship as promptly as possible, typically within 24 hrs for sewn or ready items and within 4-5 days for lollipops that are made to order.
I try to charge less than actual shipping costs. If you are charged more than the actual cost of shipping, I will refund the difference via Paypal if the difference is greater than one dollar.
The delivery times vary so much depending on your region, I can't guarantee delivery times or the state of your lollipops on arrival if you are outside of North America. Everything should be OK, but I just don't know for certain. I'm happy to provide a quote for a courier which will ensure a much shorter transit time and help to ensure that everything reaches you fresh and intact.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strongly recommend that you store lollipops in a cool, dry environment. They do well in the freezer. Heat and humidity will cause them to become less rigid and more sticky.
For hand-sewn items, I believe you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, I will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days provided the item is in its original condition. Cost of shipping is at the buyer's expense. If there is a defect in the product after normal use within 60 days, I will repair it, replace it, or refund it when returned (buyer's choice). The cost of shipping for a return will be at the buyer's expense, but the replacement will ship free of charge.
