I am currently ACCEPTING custom orders beyond basic color personalization! Please message me to begin this process.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalized orders (names, dates, initials, custom phrases, etc) I cannot accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory conditions, please photograph the item and send me a message at hello@twinklefarts.me, including your order number from Etsy.

For garments marked "female cut," please allow for a more fitted cut and, if you see necessary, size up.

For ladies purchasing garments marked "unisex cut," feel free to size down for a more closely fitted item.

All garments are 100% cotton unless marked otherwise, so keep in mind shrinkage when selecting your size. I will be HAPPY to provide measurements for a particular item upon request!

MUGS/TUMBLERS:
-Hand wash ONLY.
-Do NOT soak item in any solution (including plain water) for extended amounts of time (anything more than a quick rinse while hand washing).
-Putting your item in the dishwasher could cause decal to peel, tear, bubble or otherwise become warped.

T-SHIRTS:
-Wash with gentle detergent (no softener or bleach) inside out on gentle cold cycle. NO hot water.
-Hang to dry

I check all my cut files within Adobe products and Silhouette Studio (Business Edition) before uploading files. Before you purchase a cut file, please make sure your software is compatible with the file types listed.

I cannot offer any refunds due to the nature of the goods delivered, nor can I provide troubleshooting once a file is purchased. I'm happy to TRY to answer questions BEFORE purchase regarding files included and compatibility. Google will usually help determine if the file is compatible with your machine, and is often more helpful than I could ever be. I do not own many machines, so I often cannot offer personal advice or counsel.
