Twisted Trinkets finally makes it to Etsy!

Having started making jewellery around 40 years ago (humble beginnings - stringing watermelon seeds with a needle and thread!), I finally decided to get more serious with it & commenced trading as Twisted Trinkets in 2009.

You'll often find my stall at bikers rallies and custom car shows, but rarely at a craft fair - I like to mix business with pleasure!

I'd love to make more chainmaille, but there are simply not enough hours in the day, so for now, I'm concentrating on my little wire works, particularly the scorpions, bugs and spiders which seem to have caught my customers' imagination, along with my elf ear tips. I just love creating them, as each pair turns out slightly different and so many ideas can be incorporated into them to personalise them for my customers.

I'm based in Kent in the South East of the UK, but like to spend as much time on the south coast as possible, so you'll often find me mooching around Hastings and St Leonards, or hitting the Brighton Bead Shop for supplies!

I spend way too much time online, but always up for a chat & love to nose around everyone else's work, so please drop by & say hi :)

I hope that you will always be satisfied with your purchases from the Twisted Emporium. If you are not happy for whatever reason, please contact me in the first instance, within 14 days of shipping.

Most issues can be resolved by communicating with each other, but should there be no satisfactory resolution available to us, a full refund (including my outward postage costs) will be sent to you upon my receipt of your returned item. I would request that you meet the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty, in which case, I will meet these costs too.
Payment is due at time of purchase please.

I will send you a reminder if your payment has not been received 3-4 days after your purchase and will consider the transaction to be unpaid after 7 days.

At present, the Twisted Emporium is not registered for VAT, so there are no additional taxes to pay.
Purchases ex-stock will be mailed no later than 2 days after cleared funds have been received. In the case of e-cheques, this can take up to 10-12 days for payment to clear into Paypal.

In most instances, items will be mailed out the same day/the next morning.

Regular airmail services will be used for international shipping. Prices to upgrade to tracked methods of shipping available upon request.
