The hat is really cute and fits well. I was told the item would ship on Monday but when I reached out to the seller on the following Friday it still hasn't shipped and I was told it was on back order & I would be sent a complimentary shirt for the trouble. I received the hat a couple days later but 3 weeks later and I never received the shirt. Not mad because I didn't pay for it, but not happy that I was offering an item for the trouble of a delay and never received it.

The pullover is awesome and monogram is done perfectly. It's actually more of a sweater texture than fleece on the outside which is a nice surprise because I can wear it more places that aren't quite as casual. There was a little mix up with the tracking numbers and I didn't get a response to my email about it which was a bit frustrating. In the end though, my order was correct and arrived much quicker than anticipated so I'm very happy I ordered it!
