I love to sew and quilt to make beautiful homemade items to share!!
My Story:
I have loved to sew since I was young. My grandmothers gave me the sewing and quilting bug. They would create beautiful homemade items and share them with the family. I love following this tradition by creating lovely homemade items to share! We started Twisted Threads as a way for me to continue to create and sew items to share with folks. My son in law bought me a quilting machine so that he and my daughter Ashley could also be part of the business. I love making the bags that we have on ETSY. I hope that everyone who buys one will also love them. I have been making them for years to give to family and friends and it evolved into being part of this business. I have done a quilt club with the women members of my family and we made 10 quilts. I helped each one to create a really lovely quilt that they would be proud to have in the home. I was thrilled to be able to quilt them on my quilting machine and return them to the girls for them to finish. There is just so many lovely fabrics that I love buying them and making something that is really special for whom ever receives it.
