Yes! Digital proofs for custom orders are provided via etsy convo within 48 hours of order payment. Two complimentary proofs are included with all custom orders to verify layout, color, content and spelling. Each additional proof will incur a fee of $15.

Custom invitation orders are not printed until the proof is approved, however, all other components are prepped in the meantime to be ready to ship upon proof approval. Once a proof is approved, the order immediately goes to press and no further changes or modifications can be made. If a change is requested after the proof is approved and the order has gone into production, the cost of reprinting will be the customer's responsibility.

Most of the time, yes! I have a large selection of envelope colors and can usually customize designs to your wedding or party colors. Just send me a convo or custom order request and I'll work with you on the customization. (Customization requests need to be made prior to ordering or they may incur a design change fee.)

At this time I do not offer envelope addressing or return address printing.
Dark envelopes are not suitable for printing, but look stunning when addressed with a white, silver or gold gel pen. My personal favorite is the Uniball Signo.

I prefer to keep all communication on the etsy platform through etsy's convo system for both buyer and seller protection and to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. *If you receive email notifications of etsy convos, please make sure you hit the "reply to Two-Bit Mercantile" button to respond to my convo or log into your etsy account and reply to your convo located in the "You" tab at the top of the page.* (Hitting "reply" in your web email browser and replying as if emailing sends your response into a black hole that I will never see.)

Production times are detailed in each listing. In some cases, if I have all of the materials in stock, I can accommodate a rush order. Just send me a convo and let me know which listing you are interested in and how soon you need them and I'll let you know if I can help you out.

Absolutely! I have variations set up for the most popular quantities but I can make a custom listing for your requested quantity whether it's higher or lower than the pre-set quantities shown. However, some of the liner papers I use are either vintage, limited editions or discontinued prints that I can't find anymore and may only have in smaller quantities and I try to make note of that in the listing details. Just send me a convo with the invitation you are interested in and the quantity you need and I'll gladly check my inventory for you.

Sure! I have a few designs currently listed in the shop but I can transform any of my shower, brunch or luncheon invitations into a baby shower, sip & see, or gender reveal invitation. If you have something even more custom in mind, just click the "request a custom order" button and let me know what you envision and we'll go from there.

I work a demanding full-time retail management job in addition to running two shops on Etsy. Because of my irregular work schedule, my studio hours are irregular. I try not to work on holidays and Sundays, unless I've approved a rush order. I work on orders and new designs in the middle of the night, in the morning before a night shift, in the middle of the afternoon on a split shift day, late nights after work, on a weekday that I have off, etc. If I have 15 minutes free, I am going to pack as much Etsy in it as I can so I can ship your order ahead of schedule whenever possible.
