The expected doa for this sweatshirt was 9/18. Not only have I NOT received the order, I have sent the seller 2 messages 9/11 and 9/19 and received ZERO response. I REALLY wanted this top. Getting ready to figuring out how to cancel and get my money back. :-(

Our standard shirts are Bella Canva Unisex Cut with a few exceptions (onesies, 3xl +). Please refer to the provided size chart for each item before purchasing.
Custom and personalized orders
All the items in this shop are created in house and made to your specific order.
- Our design can be printed on t-shirts, v-neck t-shirts, women’s t-shirts, hoodies or sweatshirts.
- We can get almost any type of clothing you need, in any color you want.
- We accept custom orders. Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to please you.
All garments are made using high-quality heat transfer vinyl and made to last. If you would like a different vinyl color other than the color shown in the listing, send us a message.
Care instructions
•wash inside out with like colors in cold water.
•tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
•do not iron directly over the design.
•no bleach /fabric softener
Returns and Exchanges
Two Black Tees does not accept returns or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We gladly accept exchanges. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery; ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery. There is a 15% restock fee which includes return shipping.

Custom and personalized orders
Two Black Tees does not refund money because the post office didn’t deliver your package on time. If your package gets lost in the mail, we will however try to help you locate your package after you have tried first. We will not contact the post office for you. If for whatever reason the package gets returned to me. We will reship it at our cost but we will not refund. Please be aware that Two Black Tees does not have no control over your package once it leaves our distribution. If there is a missing package it must be reported to me within 7 days to ensure the post office will cover the lost package.
If you provide the wrong shipping address, you will be responsible to pay to ship it again.
