Welcome to Two Little Bluebirds! I am a stay-at-home mom to two little girls. Having a creative outlet is very important to me. Sewing has become my latest hobby and I just LOVE it!
All of the items in my shop are handmade by me with love and attention to detail. It is important to me to provide you with a fun and quality item. My daughters love playing with their crowns and I’m sure that the little ones in your life will love them too!
My mind swirls with new ideas each day so if you don’t see something you like just contact me and I will be happy to make a custom piece for you.
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. You can pay using a credit card without creating a PayPal account. During checkout, select the PayPal option. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card.

I am also happy to accept a cashier's check or money order. This form of payment must be received within 7 days or I will cancel the sale and relist the item(s).
Purchases will only be shipped out once payment has cleared. If you do not purchase a reserved/custom listing within 14 days I will inactivate the listing.
Payment in full is expected before I begin work on any custom order or any special request for items that are not currently listed in my shop as "ready to ship". Some exceptions may be made based on personal circumstances, but I request that arrangements for this be made in advance.
I do my best to ship out ready made items the next business day after receiving payment. I ship USPS first class mail so my customers will receive their items within 3-4 business days from the time the item is shipped. If you do not receive your package 3-4 days after I notify you it has shipped, please contact me right away so we can begin to track it down.
Delivery confirmation is included with all domestic orders.
If you are in a hurry, please let me know, and I can adjust the shipping to meet your needs.
I ship USPS first class international mail. This does not include a tracking number or insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, or upgrade to Priority or Express mail services please contact me prior to placing your order.
Customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. I recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. I do not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country. Please allow 2-8 weeks for your package to arrive.
LOST, STOLEN, or UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible in the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me prior to placing your order.
I try to be as kind to Mother Earth so an invoice will not be included with your order. Please let me know if you would like one and I will be happy to accommodate you.
Is your purchase a gift? Let me know in the "Message to Seller" box and I will happily include a gift message to the recipient! Have other special requests? Just let me know and I will do my best to fulfill them!
Refunds and Exchanges
I take pride in my creations so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me right away. Items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The customer is responsible for paying shipping on returned items. After I receive your returned item(s), you will be refunded for the original purchase price of the item(s) minus shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I sew each of my items as securely as possible. Some of my crowns contain three dimensional appliqués that could detach with very vigorous play. As with all toys, please supervise your child while playing with their crown, cape, or wand. These items are not intended for children who are still in the "everything-goes-into-the-mouth" phase.
FOR CROWNS: I recommend spot cleaning whenever possible. Crowns can also be hand washed and air dried.
FOR THE PIRATE HAT AND PLAYSET:
I recommend spot cleaning whenever possible. The hat, eye patch, and treasure bag can also be hand washed, or machine washed in cold on the gentle cycle and air dried. Gold coins and treasure map should be surface washed only.
FOR CAPES: Capes can be machine washed on the gentle cycle. I recommend air drying to prevent "piling" of the felt closure. Any wrinkles in the body of the cape can be removed with a warm iron.
FOR WANDS: Spot clean only.
WHOLESALE ORDERS: I do my best to keep my prices low for all of my customers. All of my items take many hours to design and create. My prices reflect the cost of materials plus a small wage (less than minimum wage) that I pay myself for my time. Therefore I am unable to offer wholesale pricing at this time.
