OUR HANDMADE PROMISE

Each item you find in our store has been handcrafted by us in our shop. We design our pieces to fit any style and love creating pieces that can be treasured for generations to come. We take great pride in building our items with the same care and attention to detail that we expect when buying pieces for our home. Each piece is one of a kind and every item is built to order.

WHERE WE COME FROM

Two Moose Design was founded in 2017 in Wisconsin as a way for us to express ourselves and give life to our ideas. We began by creating pieces for our home and soon found the Etsy marketplace. From there we choose a name and began our journey. We have grown and expanded farther than we ever hoped in these past few years and we are so grateful for the opportunities we have had thanks to our amazing customers. We have now built a shop from the ground up and have the room to make unique items of all shapes and sizes!

THE BUILDER

I have always been fascinated with building things and taking things apart in a constant effort to try and figure out how they work. Through this passion I found welding and worked in that field for 3 years, I started working with wood and loved getting the chance to marry these two interests. After starting our business, I was able to quit my welding job and pursue my creative passion in just 9 short months. I get to work for myself every day and put time into the things that matter to us. One of these is, getting the chance to create a piece from start to finish for a specific purpose. It is so rewarding and I'm excited to see where the next few years take us.

THE DESIGNER

I have always loved being creative and expressing my artistic side. I went to school for Graphic Design right after High School and after switching gears I moved toward pastries and baking. I loved the creativity I was able to express as a Pastry Chef, but one year into getting my dream pastry job, Two Moose Design had taken off enough for me to quit. Creating has always been a passion of mine and I'm thankful every day to get the chance to make the things we dream up. I would love to help you create your own dream piece as well!

THE DOGS

If you are familiar with our journey, you will know where our awesome name stems from. If not, here is a brief background...Jef met Jess, Jess had a dog named Moose, Jef also had a dog named Moose. Jef & Jess got married. They then had Two Meese! Our official mascots are our dogs, Moose & Moose, hence Two Moose. 🌈🌤️Big Moose has since gone over the rainbow bridge, but he will forever live on through our beautiful work in his namesake. In the last two years, we have now added little Manny & Mochi girl to our family! Our pets are everything to us and we couldn't think of a better name for our business than one that represents our story from the very beginning.
