Custom and personalized orders

Customs are CLOSED until further notice as we navigate some changes in our business.

RETURN POLICY: Since each item is hand-built and made to order, all custom sales are final. We do not accept returns on any custom products.

SHIPPING -Damaged, Lost, Stolen - DELIVERY

If an item is damaged during shipping PLEASE Contact US so we can get a claim started and a new item built or a refund submitted. We will only submit refunds once the claim is complete. We will need your assistance to finalize a claim. The insurance agency requires pictures of the item (close ups and full view) as well as pictures of the packaging, so please keep all. We insure every item at no additional cost to the buyer.

We can NOT be held liable for your item once the item is out of our hands, but we will do our very best to assist you in the unfortunate event of a damaged piece.

Items are NOT required to be sent back to us if damaged. Only in the event of a return or exchange.

Ready to Ship Items

All ready to ship items are final sales. Please reach out if you have a problem with your order though.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If product is returned to us or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e. wrong address, old address) you are responsible to pay for the shipping changes or overages.

If you have multiple orders that need address changes, give us all of the order numbers when informing us of the change

Please contact us PRIOR to your ship date if you need an address change or even to hold an item for a few more days if you plan on being gone for the delivery time frame. As long as I am told prior to your item leaving our facility, I can make edits. :)

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of items that have not been personalized or used. Once a product is returned (shipping is the responsibility of the customer) we will submit the refund, less the shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
