Can I contact you by phone? Do you have a studio I can visit?
Because I am a one woman show, the quickest way for me to reply to your questions is through email. I am happy however to answer any and all questions and address any concerns. I do my very best to respond to all questions and edit requests within 1 business day.
I currently work out of my home and don't offer in-person consultations at this time. I do however attend art shows throughout the year and would love to meet you! To see my upcoming events please go to "Local"
Will I see a proof of my item before you print?
An item purchased with any type of personalization (excluding any one letter monogram item) will receive a proof within 1 business day of your order (please allow up to 2 business days for wedding suites or orders with multiple items). Please check your design carefully for spelling, punctuation or missing information. Two Pooch can not be responsible for any errors noticed after the final approval is given.
Please remember to check your email for your proof. If I do not receive any type of response from you after 10 days of your proof being posted, I will ship without approval but can not be held responsible for any typos.
Can I get a printed proof?
Because I have order minimums I don't send printed proofs however you can purchase a sample pack, which includes paper and envelope samples as well as a printed color palette. You can find that item listed here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/236360834/sample-set?ref=shop_home_active_6
How do Printable items work?
Files are available as a PDF, 2-up with crop marks and bleeds or as a Jpeg to scale. All custom items will be emailed once a proof has been approved. Once final files have been sent any further edits will be an additional $5 charge.
Although colors are represented as accurately as possible I can't guarantee that the printer you use will be true to my color chart and am not responsible for printable results.
