I received the wrong color and had problems with my purchase....I was unable to contact the shop for two months, but they eventually contacted me.

Start to finish, this transaction has been terrible. So disappointed. Communication is extremely minimal and only occurred after I reached out. The seller lied about shipping. Twice. She never provided tracking info, or a photo of the product prior to shipping. I can tell she lied about shipping bc of the USPS tracking info on the package once I finally received it. The necklace is AWFUL. The stones don't match the picture & aren't even in the same order, the string is poor quality & fraying, the knots are uneven, the clasp doesn't match & isn't as described, & the whole necklace is strung unevenly. I was so excited about this necklace & I cannot believe how poorly it was made. I am SO sad. I'll be contacting the seller for a full refund and will not be doing business with this shop again.

In all of the years that I have been making custom jewelry orders for my customers, I have never, ever had a customer act this way. This customer received a necklace that was composed of much higher grade materials than was even posted in the original photo on the order. This was explained to her but she was still unsatisfied. I also offered to remake the neckace for her and offered her a full refund if she was still unhappy. This feedback was posted before she even tried to contact me to find a solution to her problems with the item. I am always very communicative with my customers and happy to fix any problems that anyone has with any of my items. I hope she has better luck in the future with her Etsy purchases. Unfortunately, I seem to have caught her wrath on a bad day.
