Paypal and Credit Card payments are accepted.
Washington state residents have to be charged WA state sales tax.
My current production time for custom made-to-order jewelry is 2-3 weeks.
In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
WITHIN THE US============
All orders are shipped with USPS mail with delivery tracking to make sure nothing gets lost. Please let me know BEFORE you order if you need expedited shipping.
Orders with a total value of $250 and more will ship with Signature required.
Important information for INTERNATIONAL orders ============!
I use USPS first class mail to keep shipping costs affordable. The packages are insured, but might not be track-able. Depending on your countries postal service and customs office it can take several weeks for your package to arrive.
There is a possibility you will be charged VAT/duty/custom taxes and fees by your country. Those fees will be your responsibility, so please check with your local custom office BEFORE placing an order. I will not pay or refund those charges. I will not refund your purchase if you choose not to claim your item to avoid paying these charges. I will not falsely mark items as Gift on the customs form so you avoid these charges.
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when the package goes into the mail. Please notify me asap if your item does not arrive as indicated by the tracking information.
If a package is missing after being shown as delivered I will file a missing-package report with the USPS postal inspector.
All packages ship with insurance.
Please note that insurance claims for lost and damaged packages involve an online affidavit you will have to fill out. (it is short and pretty painless). If your item arrives damaged, please keep the item and all packaging as it might be needed to file the claim.
Required by the insurance company: For lost parcels, you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International locations.
Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days after receiving your item. I will refund your money (minus shipping costs) after I receive your return package.
Items must be returned in unused condition, in the original gift box and safely packaged in a padded mailer.
Exception: For sanitary reasons post earrings cannot be returned.

Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. If I made a mistake I will of course fix it.
Additional Policies and FAQs
To avoid sizing issues, PLEASE make sure you give me the correct ring size when ordering your ring. If you give me your correct ring size, the ring will fit.
To keep prices fair to all buyers who order the correct size, please understand that resizing or remaking your ring is not free if you ordered the wrong size.
The only reliable method of measuring your ring size is to use a ring sizer or to have your size measured in a fine jewelry store. I do have ring sizers available in my store, if you need one.
Keep in mind
- Ring sizes change with time. Be sure to get an updated measurement.
- Your fingers on the right hand might have different sizes than those on your left.
WHAT DOES NOT WORK
- Measuring a finger with paper strips, a piece of string or a ruler will NOT give you the correct size.
