Fun jewelry for fun people
We've always wanted to work together and be our own bosses. When we were kids, we used to dream up some pretty grand ideas of the businesses we'd have together: a pancake/ice cream house, a hair salon to the stars, an island refuge for endangered animals. Eventually we realized we should do what we have always loved and run a gift shop filled with the beautiful things we create. The Etsy community has offered the perfect place to start.
Something else we've shared since childhood is an appreciation for rocks (we used to drive our mother crazy digging up cool rocks in her garden). Now we express that love through the use of natural stones and semi-precious gems in our jewelry. Stones like lapis, quartz, agate and amethyst have an innately raw and breathtaking beauty that comes from the earth, and that's what inspires us most.
We are very driven by nostalgia. In our shop, you'll find pieces that evoke the carefree fun and wonder of childhood, reimagined into things that adults can enjoy. We want our pieces to make you smile.
We source our materials from a number of places-- we buy wire and findings from online wholesalers, we visit gemstone expos for some of our more statement-making stones, and we support our locally owned bead shop when we need some inspiration as well.
