Two Best Friends, One Great Idea

Our story is simple...two girls working in Hollywood met on set and bonded over our mutual loves of crafting, Harry Potter, Martha Stewart and a good glass of booze.
Every year we get giddy about Halloween and decided that rather than hoard our fun handmade goodies, we'd share them with you!
Each piece is custom made by us one at a time.

We love custom orders and would be happy to work with you to make your holiday as magical (and wicked) as it can be.

Please be advised that we only accept Paypal. All orders must be paid for within 3 days via Paypal. If you need more time, it's ok, just send me a note and let me know you need an extra day or two... If I don't hear from you within three days, I will assume you simply made a mistake and will cancel your order and relist the item. No, I won't leave you bad feedback...mistakes happen!
In the case of larger purchases, a payment plan can be discussed. Please convo me individually and we can work with your budget.

Please buy with confidence knowing it is in my best interest to accurately describe all the items that I sell and make. Poorly described items can only lead to one thing...poor feedback. Check out my feedback score and you will see that I try my absolute hardest to make sure that every order is 100% accurate. Nobody wants to deal with a return less than I do and I will work hard to make sure you are happy with your item...but crazy things DO sometimes happen. If for any reason you need to return an item, here are some things you need to know first:


• Returns will only be accepted in cases of item damage during shipment or gross misrepresentation.
o Be sure to look at all pictures carefully! I take great measures to ensure the total accuracy of my listings and do not take any "it didn't fit" or "I changed my mind" returns.
o For any articles of clothing, please measure yourself or a similar article of clothing for comparison before bidding - I am more than happy to provide you with additional measurements or photos!
o Returns MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt and must be shipped back to us within 7.
o Please include shipping tracking on all returns or we cannot refund you - no exceptions.
o Refunds will post to your PayPal account ASAP - typically within 5 business days of our receipt of your item.

Certain return restrictions are based on the individual item. Be sure to check the bottom of any description to make sure you understand the individual return policy.

If your item arrives damaged, I will make every effort to repair the item or assist in getting the item repaired. You must notify me within 3 days of receipt of the damaged item.
Shipping
All packages shipped within the US will come with a tracking number and usually take about 3 days from the post office to you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

ALL ITEMS ARE CURRENTLY LISTED FOR SALE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. If you are an international buyer, please convo me individually and we can work something out for you.

International tracking fees for purchases are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Due to Federal regulations and penalties, I do not mark international purchases as a "gift" on customs forms.

If an item is purchased and you decline international tracking, we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Current USPS rate increases have resulted in several shipping options that we are happy to discuss with you in order to give you the best service possible.
