Questions on Returns and Exchanges
I'm really not trying to difficult with my return policy. Let me explain. I am a graphic designer and use print on demand companies to print my tee-shirts and other items. Once you place the order, they charge me, so unless there is an issue with the printing of the order, I can't refund you the money, because they will not refund me.
Here's the more legalese part of our shop policies:
By purchasing from our shop, we believe you have read our policies and understand them. Refunds will not be given due to buyers failure to read product descriptions. This is very important. Please read the FULL description before purchase.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS or remakes will be given on shipped orders that have an incorrect/incomplete "
What if my product is defective?
Mistakes do happen so we would be glad to talk to you if there is a problem with your order once it is received. Please provide a photo of the item when you reach out.
If there is an issue with your item, you have 7 days to contact us to resolve it. Upon contact, if item is defective,we must receive a photograph of the item in question. If 7 business days have passed, we will not be able to accept any inquiries about defective items.
Issues with shipping
If your item is lost in the mail, you must contact USPS to get this issue resolved. Our partner companies mail all packages through them and once it has left their factory we are no longer responsible for the item at hand. Refunds will not be given for items that have been marked delivered.
