5 out of 5 starsSo pleased with the Cat Sweater which was bought as a present. The embroidery is beautiful and very unusual and the addition of a collar is a lovely touch. It was delivered promptly and the recipient was just as delighted with the sweater as I was. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 starsSophie is so kind and so very accommodating; I received my lovely new kitty themed sweater sooner than I had I ever imagined possible, even were Sophie had been located here in the U.S.A. Apart from its inherent attractiveness, for this new addition is a compliment to virtually every item of clothing that I own, my lovely new sweater is also so very comfy. When Sophie comes up with additional designs, I plan to purchase again from her. : )

Payment
The available payment methods are PayPal, bank cards, Etsy vouchers and all other Etsy payment methods. Personally I prefer PayPal if possible - either with or without a PayPal account.
TAXES:
If the customer is from a country which will require custom fees or taxes etc to be paid (e.g. on collection) all duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
You will be sent a tracking code and you can visit the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com on its ‘Track & Trace’ section to view your parcel on its journey to you.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE:
It is 1 to 10 days when we wrap up your item ready to post it, then it is posted to you with tracking. Approximately:
UK ~ 1 to 3 working days.
Europe ~ 3 to 5 working days.
World Zone 1 ~ 5 to 7 working days.
World Zone 2 ~ 5 to 7 working days.
U.K. SPECIAL DELIVERY - when items are purchased together or an artwork is of a higher value then the parcel will be posted via Royal Mail special delivery to arrive the next day by 1pm, having tracking and requiring a signature on arrival.
Please note that in very rare cases items could take up to 28 days or longer to arrive due to postal strikes or situations in the country of destination.
During the Christmas period the delivery times may be longer which depends on Royal Mail. I still post items as quick as possible from my end, it is all down to how busy the postal service is.
POSTAGE POLICIES:
If we ship to an address which can not be delivered to and the parcel is retuned to us we are happy to re-ship if the buyer provides a new shipping address and the buyer pays additional shipping charges.
