Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Our definite goal is to make you happy and proud of what you have purchased. But if you are not content with the item, you may return it for full refund (minus 15% of item price for restocking fee and shipping charges) or exchange for another item.
Claim for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days upon date of receipt of the purchased item. All refund and exchange items must be returned in their original and unused condition.

Custom made item cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Customers are held responsible for all the additional shipping and handling charges occur from returns and exchanges. You will be refunded once the item arrives safely and is correctly inspected.
Payment
We ONLY accept PayPal
Payment is to be completed within 3 days from date of checkout.
If it`s not, transaction will be canceled and item relisted, unless informed of delay in payment.

Paypal, is a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. If you do not have a Paypal account, you don't need to sign up to use their service, and you can pay directly through their site by credit card.
Shipping

I ship to Etsy address unless stated differently.

I use certified priority Uruguayan Postal Service(equivalent to USPS) to ship all items. We'll send you tracking number.
Deliveries take approximately 15-20 working days to reach any destination. Items are shipped on tuesdays and fridays.

I also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. If you would like this service, please write a note in the Message to Seller when you check out. I will send you an updated invoice from PayPal for the additional service. Or contact me.

We are not responsible for duty charges you may incur.

We do not refund for lost parcels.
(But don´t worry, we haven´t lost any parceles)
