I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
No refunds, no exceptions. If items are lost or damaged in transit, insurance receipt from postal service will be provided so you can make a claim. Seller assumes no responsibility for items once they are no longer in her possession.
Payment for all items including shipping must be received prior to packing and shipping your items. No refunds, no returns. If your items are damaged in transit you will need to make a claim with the Postal Service.
Shipping costs include packing materials when they will be purchased (mostly dishes).
All shipments will be via USPS, in flat-rate or regional rate boxes if they fit - otherwise, via ground and always insured for amount of purchase plus shipping. If you desire other arrangements, you must pay for them and indicate which service you want me to utilize.

Just for reference, I'm in the zip code 33020, which is South Florida. Shipping charges vary, depending on the zip of the buyer.

PLEASE READ: Please do not ask for a reduction in shipping charge. I wrap items very well with paper and/or bubble wrap, and when appropriate, mark the box "Fragile". All items I send out are insured through USPS or whatever service you have requested I use for shipping.
