He responded right away, sent me a proof to approve, immediately made the product and then sent me a picture of the addressed envelope to show that it was on its way. Unbelievable. The button labels are adorable. I can't wait to give them to my friend.

I am an upholsterer by trade (it's a dying art!) and I love making personalized pieces for my family in my spare time. Every piece in my shop is lovingly handmade by me from end to end - from selecting the fabric and sourcing just the right density of foam, to the wood work, sewing the cover and the upholstering.
