Do you accept returns?

We accept returns in most cases. We do not accept returns on products that raise health or hygenie related issues, such as face masks, or for buyer's remorse. Please check the reviews on my products to help you determine whether to buy. I accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

I'm in Canada. Do you pay my customs fees, duty fees, or VAT?

Customers are responsible for paying customs fees, duty fees, and VAT taxes. These may include but may not be limited to: GST, PST, and HST. I regret that these charges can be high, yet I have no control over the taxes and fees the Canadian government or shipping companies charge the consumer. I hope to open a Canadian store in the future, with products shipping directly from Canada. Until then, I feel your pain and greatly appreciate your business given this challenge. My husband is Canadian and I spend half my year in Canada, so I want to do everything I can to give my Canadian customers a positive experience. Customers will be notified of any of these charges.

Why do you only ship to the U.S. and Canada?

I hope to add other countries in the near future. The shop just launched and I'm in the process of researching the complex tax and customs issues related to shipping internationally. Also, in some places, such as the European Union, sales taxes can run between 17 and 27 percent. I'm in the process of seeking solutions to these challenges.

Who is responsible if my package is unclaimed?

I am not responsible if the customer does not accept or claim the package. If that happens, the package will be returned and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges if they want it re-shipped.
