Custom and personalized orders
We do accept customizations on most items, however an additional fee may apply. Customized items can't be returned.
Sizing details
If you want an item that is smaller than listed, we generally have to cut down standard sized lumber which means it costs us the same to product than our smallest sized option. We can't offer a smaller customization for cheaper than our smallest standard option. Nor can we offer a larger customization for the same price as our largest standard sized item.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, widths can vary up to 2" from the selected width.

We love wholesale and bulk orders. Please contact us for available discounts.
Care instructions
All wood items require ongoing maintenance and care. We recommend monthly oil based polishing and cleaning with a light detergent or water only.
Return and exchange

Shipping items back must be within 7 calendar days of delivery, unless noted otherwise.
In most cases, once the order is processed, all sales are final. We are committed to your satisfaction, so we guarantee the quality and style of your furniture, but don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.
We ship with FedEx to the lower 48 states. Our local-based philosophy means we do not ship internationally.
Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason. Applicable items may be eligible for a replacement or exchange.
Damage
We will help with any obvious shipping damage to your item. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, and also the contents, if you notice any damage, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with a possible product repair, part replacement, or exchange.
Minor scratches, nail holes, wood knots, and joint gaps less than 1/4" in width are consistent with reclaimed furniture and will not constitute damage. Items made with reclaimed wood have several natural inconsistencies in color, grain, and appearance. Since each piece is custom-made, there may be some deviation between the store image and the item delivered to you.
