I also accept cash with local pick up to avoid shipping charges. Click "OTHER" as payment and USE COUPON CODE "PICKUP" to avoid shipping charges.

Each item is made to order. If you need an item RUSHED, please let me know before ordering.

After we ship your item, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed shipments. Please consider upgraded shipping options if you need your item by a certain date. Contact us for details.

BROKEN ITEM:

If your item arrives broken, please be careful with the broken pieces.
Pyrex shatters into millions of tiny shards.
Please take a few pictures of the box, contents and any unusual damaged areas. Include your name and order # when emailing them.

We know it wasn't your fault the delivery service didn't handle your item with care, so we will handle the insurance claim as well as send you a replacement item right away !


Please notice the SHIPPING DATE on your ETSY receipt. This is the date we follow as a shipping date. If you need your item earlier, just let me know.
