As we learn more about making these masks and the longevity of them, we are updating how we make them. We've started reinforcing the fabric on masks that have stainless steel nose wires so that they will last longer. Unfortunately, we can't do anything for your current mask. If your wire is poking out, please send us a photo and we'll give you a discount code for a new mask! The message must be sent from the account you ordered with and it must be a photo of one of our masks.

Your elastic loops will eventually start to stretch out especially if you wear the same mask frequently.

We have started to include silicone adjusters with all of our masks! If you'd like to purchase another mask, we'll include a set for each previously purchased mask for free!

Things you can do to shorten the elastic:

~We do not recommend trying to tie knots into the loops.~

~You take the mask to someone with a sewing machine and they can either open up the sides a little to stick the elastic in further or sew a tuck into the elastic. If they're sewing a tuck in the elastic, make sure it's sewn to the mask and not just the elastic (doing this will damage the elastic and be uncomfortable on your ears).

Because there is such a variety of face sizes and shapes and because everyone likes their mask to fit differently, we have decided to only list one size. However, we can make masks to any measurement you'd like. This is easiest with pleated masks, but can also be done for our fitted masks. The best way to go about ordering a different size is to message us first. If you have a mask you love the fit of, send us those measurements (preferably in inches). If you don't have a mask that fits you yet, we can work with you to get the measurements we need to make your perfect mask.

Custom sizing on pleated masks has no extra charge. Custom sizing on fitted masks will be $3 for the first mask and no extra charge for any subsequent masks.

We are not responsible for packages once they've been delivered to USPS. Please check with USPS or your neighbors. If you are concerned about packages being stolen, please let us know so we can add a signature requirement for an extra charge.
