Decals/stickers are mailed within 3 working days of purchase (M-F, bank holidays excluded). Actual shipping time is dependent on mail carrier. Generally 3-7 days in USA, 7-14 Europe, and 14-28 Rest of World. COVID-19 restrictions have caused these times to double.
We are currently only shipping via USPS tracked package mail. With increased postal delays, and regular mail being untraceable, we feel this is the best option right now. Enhanced/tracked shipping options are also available for domestic orders.

About UnderDesertMoons
We make what we love.
Initially located in Yorkshire, England, Under Desert Moons now operates out of Tacoma, Washington.
Launched in 2011, we were originally called Hello, Bee! Badges, creating and crafting 1" button badges, and eventually magnets.
Driven to make the kind of badge designs we wanted and felt should be out in the world - tiny pieces of art, inspirational, aspirational and personal mottos.
In 2016, we introduced 'Red White & Mew' to the store and re-branded as Hello Bee Creative.
'Red White & Mew' was inspired by the catnip mice I used to buy for our childhood cats, Daisy & Phoebe. I wanted to recreate the same fun and excitement we'd had, choosing from the patterned toy mice we'd buy on vacation - a tribute to appease our cats when we returned home. Handcrafted premium quality catnip toys using carefully selected ingredients to make delightful entertainments for cats, with attractive, visually pleasing fabrics to entertain you.
In 2018, we became Under Desert Moons so our name, as well as our products, can stand out from the crowd.

Please check your shipping address is correct. Mailing labels are copied and pasted from the information you have given, so if you provide the wrong address, it will get shipped to the wrong address.
If you have provided an incomplete address and your order is returned to UnderDesertMoons, you may purchase the RESHIP MY ORDER listing (~$1.50 domestic (letter mail)) to have the returned order reshipped to you on provision of a new/correct address.
