Hello and welcome to my shop. I'm a web/graphic designer with a background in fine arts. I try to work with my hands in my spare time as much as possible creating illustrations, prints, art pieces and sometimes clothing. Returns and exchanges
UnderHand is a one women shop, so although I want my customers to be happy with their purchase I'm unable to offer returns on merchandise. If there was an error on my end (for example, the wrong item gets shipped), I will gladly correct the problem at no cost to you; however, we cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged during shipping. Please purchase insurance if you are concerned your item might not arrived as shipped.
Payment
I accept Direct Checkout or PayPal.

Orders that are not paid within 7 days will be canceled
Shipping
Items ship within 2 days of payment.

I use USPS (first class or Priority-- depending on the item being shipped) for all domestic and international orders.

I take the necessary precautions when packing your items to ensure they arrive exactly as they leave our studio. If you'd like the additional peace of mind, insurance is available for a small fee.

International Customers: Every so often a package can get stuck in customs. Please be aware that we can’t be responsible for these delays. It’s nearly impossible to track a package once it leaves our country. If you require tracking for a time-sensitive package, please contact us directly so we can arrange a faster shipping agreement with FedEx or UPS.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
