I design and sell adorable plushies to brighten your home and work space. I want you to look up from your work and break out a smile at the cute plushie smiling back at you.
I also teach you the skills to pick up a new relaxing hobby by providing amigurumi patterns aimed for adventurous beginner crocheters. As a millennial, I know hobbies aren’t always in the budget, which is why affordability is an important factor in my design process. My patterns focus on using a limited selection of materials to create an unlimited family of amigurumi plushies.

Frequently asked questions
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot accept returns on them as there is no way for me to receive the file back once it has been sent.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Recycling is important to me. As often as possible, items are shipped using recycled shipping materials.
Customers that have purchased a gift wrapping upgrade will receive fresh, unused materials.
Purchases ship every Friday
Orders placed from Thursday to Wednesday will ship on the next Friday. This means if you place an order on a Thursday that it will not ship until the following Friday, 7 days later.
Large orders may require extra shipping time, and I will contact the customer to confirm this.
I do not offer expedited handling times. I only go to the post office on Fridays.
Refunds involving free shipping
Returns and refunds on items that were shipped with free shipping will include a restocking fee in the amount of the cost of the original shipping.
This policy excludes returns in which items were damaged in shipping or the wrong item was received.
Wrong address: Returned to Sender
It is important to double check your address when ordering online! When addresses are entered incorrectly, the post office returns the package undelivered.
In this case, it has to be reshipped with a new correct label at the buyer's expense. Or a refund can be processed less the original shipping fee.
If I make the mistake myself by handwriting your address then I will cover reshipping costs. To avoid this mistake on my end, I buy Etsy shipping labels, which pull your address directly from your account.
Wrong Address: Old Address/Not Updated
Again, it is important to keep your address updated on your Etsy profile and to double check when ordering. I have no control when items are shipped to an address inputted by the customer that is wrong. In cases where an old address is used, the post office will most likely deliver to the old address unless mail forwarding is still active for you.
In this case there is no way for me to intercept or retrieve the package. A new item can be shipped at cost (materials + shipping) at the buyer's expense to the new address.
