5 out of 5 starsI got a whole bunch of cool stuff including a fox tail I was about to buy and a tanuki tail. I also ordered the mystery wet specimen and let me tell you, between the two, this was the best mystery box I have ever gotten. I love it so much. Thank you for everything, they were all so cool to unbox and perfect.

2 out of 5 starsBought a large and got a chipmunk and a few other cool things. Although I think it should have been a medium based on the other specimens I seen in pictures. Overall the customer service was very good and it arrived sooner than expected
About UnearthedRemains
Death is the most sophisticated form of beauty, and the most difficult to accept.
I've always had a morbid curiosity and my curiosity only grew as I aged. My father gifted me an old coyote skull of his when I was 13 and it all just clicked.
At 15 I opened this shop to sell stickers of my artwork. I had a couple of extra items in my oddity collection so I decided to sell them. Well, they sold so well that I just sold more and more and more until I ended up where I am today. I never intended to run this business!

Frequently asked questions
I have pet allergies! Do you have any pets?
I do have a cat! My cat is allowed around my work area but I try to stop her from making direct contact with my work. If you find a hair in your package, it is either wild animal hair from my taxidermy work or cat hair.
I do not want my item anymore. It has not shipped yet. Can I cancel it?
Message me and I can handle it, but if there are any issues afterwards you will need to contact Etsy directly as they handle transactions.
My product arrived damaged or broken! How can you help?
If an item was damaged in shipping, please contact me and I can help sort it out. Please provide proof of damage. I am unable to do anything unless proof of damage is shown.
What about laws restricting certain animal parts from being shipped?
I never ship any products out of the US due to the strict export laws on animal products. I also do not sell anything that would be illegal federally. As for individual state laws, please check your own state laws. I do not keep track of them. I am NOT responsible for any items seized or any fines you may receive.
I see you sometimes sell wet specimen kittens. Where do you source these?
The kittens are not killed for my work! They are donated by US humane societies and shelters. The kittens were euthanized and were destined for the landfill.
