The Stadium Baseballs

Artistic baseballs: from my original hand paintings, we take these designs & print them on our baseballs. For the collector and the gift giver.

I began as an artist, then an architect, and finally a business owner! But I think what I really am is a miniaturist. I love the idea of creating a mini world in the palm of your hand. My baseballs take important events, baseball evens and life events and shrink them down to the size of a baseball, to be held and viewed from different angles. There is something comforting about holding a little perfect world, I try to capture that on a baseball.

Back when all baseballs were still white, on a whim I bought a ball from the sporting goods store and decided to paint something on it. I love the idea of art in unusual places. So I began painting the American flag by dividing it up stars on one panel, stripes on another. This had never been done before- and the yin and yang of it making a whole by combining it's pcs really appealed to me.

I made dozens of hand painted balls, all rolling around my dining room table before I decided to try to print one. Once I was able to print on the balls before they were sewed together, a world opened up and I began creating my line of artistic baseballs.

Thanks to all of you, I have been in business for many years and have sold many baseballs, from astronauts to Presidents, and now to you. :)
