- When you place an order with us or contact us via Etsy, we process in particular:

- Order data (items, variants such as size/color, quantity, personalization details if applicable)
- Payment/transaction data (payment processing is handled by Etsy and/or its payment service providers; we do not necessarily receive full payment details)
- Communication data (messages via Etsy)
- Technical data provided by Etsy (e.g., for security and abuse prevention)

3) Purposes & legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

4) Print-on-Demand (production after order) / recipients

Our products are produced (in whole or in part) only after an order is placed (Print-on-Demand).
To fulfill the contract, we share the data necessary for production and shipping (e.g., name, shipping address, ordered items/variants, personalization details if applicable) with the following service providers:

- Printful, Inc. (production & shipping)
- Gelato (production & shipping)
- Shipping carriers / logistics providers (delivery)
- Etsy (platform operation, payment processing, support)
- Data may also be shared with additional recipients (e.g., tax advisors/authorities) only where legally required.

5) Shipping to the EU / worldwide (including the USA) – international data transfers

Depending on the destination country and the production location, personal data may also be processed outside the EU/EEA (e.g., for orders shipped to the USA or by service providers located outside the EU/EEA).
Where personal data is transferred to third countries, such transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable protection mechanisms) provided by the respective service providers.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to process the order and provide customer support. In addition, we store data where statutory retention obligations apply (in particular under commercial and tax law).
