Loooove these earrings! I switched out the hooks since I wanted something a little easier to put on, but otherwise, they're perfect! I think I've worn them for 4 days straight already. :)

Accepted payment methods

I accept payment through PayPal. I also accept payment by credit card (through PayPal). I will only accept cash or cheque payments if the customer lives within the Halifax Regional Muncipality and a pick up/drop off can be arranged. Ordering through PayPal in Canada will automatically apply HST.

Payment is expected upon purchase, items will not be shipped until said payment has cleared. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 5 days after payment.
Items will be shipped to the address provided on the Etsy reciept, via Canada Post or Xpresspost USA. Tracked shipping can be arranged at the customer's expense. Items can be shipped to another address as a gift as long as said address is given up front.

Shipping times are (roughly) as follows:
Within Canada - up to 1 week
US - 9 to 21 days
International - 14 to 31 days

This is a rough guide, packages (especially larger ones) may take longer due to outside circumstances. International customers will be responsible for any fees/taxes/duties for their respective countries. Customers will be notified if the shipping will take longer than expected.
Refunds and Exchanges
A refund will be given as long as the item is returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

If a purchase doesn't arrive after 1 month, a new item will be sent or money refunded (excluding shipping).
For orders over $75.00: a refund for lost packages will only be given if the customer has requested courier service.

No payment within a week cancels your order. However, I can hold an item if proper arrangements are made in advance.
Additional policies and FAQs
It is my aim to portray my wares accurately in the product photos, however there may be variations of color due to different monitors.

Custom Work: If you'd like a custom piece to be made, please notify me by e-mail. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be paid up front. Photos and descriptions will be sent prior to shipment to guarantee the satisfaction of the customer.

Whole Sale: Businesses interested in whole sale purchases must provide proof of business ownership (re-sale license and tax ID), as well as a letterhead, business card, website or photos of the shop.
Shipping and payment must be to/from the store. Please contact me for prices, minimums, and lead times.
