I have loved using this in my entry hall this year! I am going to carefully store it for use again next year and I hope I can buy more. This is perfect for arrangements.

What we are about.

Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to stop by our shop! The heart and soul of what we do stems from the love of flowers, family, hard work and perseverance. Each of our shop members has a unique story how they came to be a part of this grand adventure. The one thing we all have in common is our commitment to each other, family and of course flowers!
The original concept of our company was a wholesale market where florists could purchase flowers in bulk, we still operate in this way locally. There was always something lacking. We wanted more! We wanted to work with and create beautiful designs with the flowers we cared for. We wanted to help everyday people learn and work with flowers they only see in photos. We wanted to share flowers with the world! From a custom designed wedding bouquet for the biggest, best day of your life, to the wreath on your front door, we want to empower you to design and create!
Through out our time here our priority has always been family, we are at the base a family owned business, starting with the original company that was founded by Cindy's father Bob, ran by Grandma Jean, passed down to Cindy and Dan (my dad) Who have included all of us kids in some way or another. We are very proud to host a baby's at work program which allows new mothers to bring their infant to work with them. We are proud to support our community by providing living wage jobs to local people who also love flowers!
We are committed to creating a totally unique flower experience with you, from giving advise, to custom orders, we really want you to explore flowers in ways you never have before!

Hello, we are a locally owned and family operated wholesale floral warehouse. We carry fresh flowers, supplies and plants. We receive fresh flowers several times each week so we always have beautiful fresh cut flowers from all over the world!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We cannot accept returns on fresh flower items.

FRESH FLOWERS:
Damage claims need to be made with-in 24 hours of receiving the package, photos must be provided for any refund to be given.

I CHANGED MY MIND:
On other items we have a 14 day money back return policy. Customer pays return shipping, we refund cost of item, less original shipping cost upon return of item(s). (Items must be in unused re-sell-able condition or a re-stocking fee will be assessed up to 25%) In the case that the item was listed as "free" shipping we will send you a screen shot of the actual postage we paid and subtract that from the refund amount.

WE MESSED UP:
Shit happens, if we messed up your order in anyway we want to know about it! Please explain the situation via an Etsy conversation and we will address the problem on an item by item basis and work with you to find the best solution to the problem.

CANCEL MY ORDER:
Please, if you must cancel an order do so immediately, we often ship so fast that we do not have time to read messages regarding orders before they are packaged and shipped. If your order has already shipped and you still want to cancel you can choose to refuse the package and mark return to sender, you will be refunded upon return of the item, less the original shipping cost that we paid. In the case that the item was listed as "free" shipping we will send you a screen shot of the actual postage we paid and subtract that from the refund amount.

We are now accepting etsy's payment system! so you will be able to pay using a debit or credit card, paypal or etsy gift card!

FRESH FLOWERS:
We ONLY ship fresh flowers priority mail 1-4 day. To upgrade to a faster service, please message us for a quote. . We can schedule specific SHIPPING Dates, Delivery dates are not guaranteed by us or the Postal Service. Please contact us to schedule your order, or add a note to us on the check out page.

We do not ship fresh flowers internationally at this time.

FREE SHIPPING ITEMS:
We are happy to announce that we are changing our store over to offer most of our items with free shipping. With free shipping items, we choose the best method for that item based on size, weight and the distance you are from us, standard shipping times are 3-5 days in the mail. If you order multiple items, we often automatically upgrade you to priority shipping!

HANDLING TIMES:
We package and mail out orders fast! Same day or next business day in most cases. We promise to always contact you if there is a delay on our end and we can't process your order with-in this time frame. Our Pre-Order Fresh Flower Section is 1-2 Weeks handling to gather specific items. We are not responsible for items delayed by the Postal Service, if your concerned about your deadline, upgrade to a faster service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Our listings are not set up to accept international orders at this time, please message us for a custom quote to your country. Please be aware that many countries have customs, import taxes and other fees associated with international shipments. We have no way to knowing what those maybe and we are not responsible for payment of them. We will NOT falsify customs forms or undervalue items to aid you in avoiding those fees (it's illegal, don't even ask). Any items returned due to non payment of customs fees will be refunded less the original shipping costs. Tracking stops outside the US, you maybe able to track the package with-in your own country using your countries mail tracking system. We cannot guarantee shipping deadlines or due dates on international shipments.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! Just send us a request, most times we can get it done in the same handling time as the original item! If not we will let you know in the request.

My event is over a year away when should I place Fresh Flower order?

If your event is in the future, a year or more we recommend waiting until closer to your event date to order due to prices and availability beyond our control.

My event is a month away can I place my fresh flower order now?

Yes! But please include a note at check out of the exact date you want them to arrive. The note is very important to help us keep track of everyone's date right on the order as it comes in. We will schedule the correct ship date for you!

My event is a week away can the flowers make it in time?

It depends on what your ordering, our shop section Pre-Order Fresh Flowers needs a week to gather the flowers, but usually anything in our Fresh Flower on Hand Section is already here or something we get on a weekly basis so yes! Many times we can take and ship orders in less then a week, but send us a message to be sure.

My event is only a few days away can I still get fresh flowers in time?

Maybe! Your going to be limited to what we have in the cooler on that day, but we always have a cooler full of flowers, so just ask! You may need to pay for express shipping to ensure arrival.

How much is in a bunch?

Each bunch is diffrent, somethings like roses or carnations are sold by the stem and are usually packed 25. Other bunches are called growers bunches and are packed by weight so they will change a little over the season as stems or blooms are heavier or lighter. All other bunches are packed 10 stems or on occasion 5 stems. It will say in the item description of each product how it is packed.

How much is in a bunch of babies breath?

We get this question a lot! So babies breath is a growers bunch, that means it is packed by weight and the exact stem count varies greatly over the seasons. Wholesale availability

Yes! Most of our wreaths and pre-made items are available to purchase wholesale, sign into your Etsy wholesale account to see what we offer there, if you see something in our shop that you would like to see on our wholesale page, just send us a message!

Please remember Etsy wholesale is only for completed items and not supplies.

Care instructions

Most of our fresh flower listing have individual care instructions for the specific flower. In general you should open your package immediately From there it will depend on what your doing with them.

If you need to store them for a few days before your event. Re-cut the stems at an angle and change the water every few days to keep them fresh. Keep the bucket of flowers in a cool dark place, in a cooler would be ideal, but a basement or garage or other cool place will work for a shorter time.

If you want to open your flowers to bloom quickly, you can put them in warm water, re- cutting and adding more warm water every few hours will help speed up opening, these you will want to store in a warmer place, but still not in direct sun.

Do you guarantee arrival dates?

No, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, we ship most items using USPS Priotiry Mail 1-4 days, You can message us to use a diffrent shipping method like Fedex or UPS if those work better in your area.
