Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment is required at time of purchase. My primary form of payment is through PayPal.

You do not have to be a PayPal member in order to make a purchase. PayPal does not require you to set up an account to purchase from our Etsy store. You can simply make the payment using your credit card and PayPal acts as a go-between.

Just follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Go to your receipt and click on "Pay with PayPal"
Step 2: Click on "Don't have a PayPal account"
Step 3: Follow the steps to complete the credit card information and finalize payment.

Payments must be received via PayPal within 2 days. If payment is not received by then, I will contact you to see if there is a problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, or if you no longer want to purchase the item, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item.
Shipping
I ship within 3 (working) days of receiving payment.

I ship by Portuguese national post registered mail. This way you will be able to track it.

Please note that any customs fees that might need to be charged are of the responsibility of the buyer. If in doubt, I highly recommend checking with your national customs authority about potential customs costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is any problem with your purchase, please convo at your earliest convenience, and I will do what I can to fix it. All requests for refunds must be submitted within 15 days of order.

When returning the item to me, please package the item carefully to ensure it is delivered in its original condition. Return shipping costs are not refundable. After I receive the item back I will mail a replacement piece or issue a refund through PayPal.

Please note that monitors and photographs show colours slightly differently. I make all efforts to give you the most accurate idea of the real colour and include a written description.
