I just received the keychain and I love it!!!! It's a thank you gift for my sister in law and she will love it too! Thank you for the feather charm as well. I lost my brother last year to cancer and he collected feathers so it's very heartfelt!

My Uniquely Impressed designs are all my own originals, carefully created and hammered one letter at a time by me personally, and always at affordable prices! =0)

I ship all orders in person at the PO Mon-Fri on my way to work. I do this so that the Post Office scans your package immediately so that you can begin to track it's route with the tracking # that I have provided for you.
I can combine multiple orders in the same package for just 1 shipping charge, as long as they are all going to the same address.
I DO NOT ship outside of the United States.
I DO NOT ship to addresses not recognized by USPS.
I DO NOT ship overnight.
I DO NOT do "bulk orders" (I am the only person making them and I work FT)
I DO NOT give discounts for multiple orders. Please treat this business as a business you would walk into locally and make a purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
It is crucial to check your spelling when ordering. Check and recheck =)
Make sure the Capitol letters and lowercase are where you want them.
Refunds due to my spelling error (might happen once a year....which reminds me I am human) ... will be processed within 7 days after I have received the returned item.
If you do not want a refund and something was due to my error, after you contact me through Etsy to advise me of such error, I will IMMEDIATELY correct my error and make a new one and IMMEDIATELY ship it to you!
Please send me a message to let me know you are returning the item. This has happened 1 time in 6 yrs, but great communication is the key! So please double check your order before purchasing =)
