Payment
I'm afraid I'm only accepting payment via PayPal at this time.

The good news though is that you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before your item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped a refund for example will only be possible when the goods are returned - see below for further information.
Shipping
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, please let me know, and I will not include a receipt in the package. In addition, I am happy to include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "message to seller" during checkout.

All items are supplied in a gift box, which is finished with a tied with double-sided black satin ribbon. Your item is then shipped in an appropriately sized padded envelope.

I will always try to ship your item as quickly as I can, but I do ensure that all orders are shipped within 2 working days of your payment clearing. In the unlikely event that I am unable to do so, I will contact you immediately.

I ship worldwide from London (UK) using the Royal Mail.

- Shipping within the UK normally takes 2-3 working days.

- Packages shipped to Europe normally take 5-8 working days.

- Shipping to the USA have been experiencing some delays due to new American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 1 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 8 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.

- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.

I am not responsible for deliveries delayed by customs.

Import duties, taxes and other local fees are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me straight away so I can rectify.

All items will be sent to you properly packaged in perfect condition. If however you find the goods to be faulty please notify me by convo or email of the problem within 7 days of receipt and then return the item and I will provide a replacement or a full refund as requested along with your postage costs where applicable. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

I am happy to exchange or credit/refund for any items you are not satisfied with (less shipping paid) if you notify me by convo or email of your decision on receipt and the items are returned immediately and no longer than 7 days after receipt unused, in their original sealed packaging in perfect condition for resale. Please quote your original order number on the package. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please note the returning customer is responsible for payment of return postage. Please also note that earrings will only be returnable if found to be faulty. With that exception only I operate within the key EU Distance Selling Regulations of returns, for any reason, are acceptable within 7 days and have applied to this to worldwide purchases ie not just to those destined for the EU.
Additional policies and FAQs
I make every item by hand, so if there is a design that you like but would prefer in a different size, or featuring a different gemstone or metal, please contact me and I would be happy to supply you with a cost and leadtime. If you are happy with the cost I would ask you for a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of materials.

I take pride in the quality of my work, and in the unlikely event that your item is 'faulty' through normal use within 12months of purchase, I would be delighted to repair it for you (less the price of shipping).

I entirely reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of abusive feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.
