We loved making jewelry, but were unable to purchase jump rings and supplies that met our standards, so we invested in the equipment and started making them ourselves. Years of testing, experience and expertise paid off! We love them! Our customers love them! You will love them!

We also offer high quality commercially made supplies; we use EVERY item ourselves in our own finished goods.
We are based in the middle of America in Fulton, Missouri. ALL of our handmade supplies are made by us, right here in the US. We love supporting US business and many of our commercial supplies are also made in the US.

We work hard to ensure our products will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so together we can determine the best course of action, which may be a replacement, repair or return (less shipping fees). One of a kind, piercings, custom, and large orders are subject to our discretion, and may not be returnable and/or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

If your order has no defects, and you are asking to return the item for a refund or asking for an exchange, the item must be usable and resell-able for us to accept your return/exchange. Keeping the item in its original packaging, nicely recoiling uncut wire, etc. are examples of usable/resell-able items that are eligible for returns/exchanges. If you are asking for to return for a refund or asking for an exchange, you must pay for their own return shipping. If the whole order is being returned/exchanged and it is still in the parcel, unopened, then you can write "REFUSED" on the outside of the parcel and return it to the post office, free of charge to you.

We guarantee that the wire our customers receive will be 100% free of defects and the correct length and gauge. If there is a problem, we will send a free replacement. Just provide a photo of the product. We will also send along a free self-addressed stamped envelope to return the defective coil.
