Less noise, more life. Digital tools for overwhelmed parents and busy people who are ready to breathe again.
I'm Tricia, and I'm going to be honest with you.
Most days, by 9am, I've already answered a dozen questions from my two boys, responded to a work email I shouldn't have opened before coffee, and spent twenty minutes deciding what to have for breakfast. By the time actual work starts, I'm already tired.
I'm a stay-at-home mom who also works from home, which sounds like it should be convenient, but really just means everything happens in the same space, at the same time, all at once. I have PCOS, which does a number on my cortisol levels even on the quiet days. On the loud ones, my nervous system is just out here doing its best.
I'm not sharing this for sympathy. I'm sharing it because I know I'm not the only one living like this.
Over the years, I started paying close attention to what was draining me. Not the big stuff, not the obvious stuff, but the small, constant, invisible weight of it all. The endless decisions. The mental load of running a household and managing a career at the same time. The guilt of feeling like I was always half-present, half-somewhere-else.
I couldn't add more to my plate. I needed to take things off.
So I started simplifying. Wherever I could find something to strip back, I stripped it back. And slowly, things got lighter.
That's what UNMAKE is.
It's a collection of tools and resources I wish I'd had sooner, built for people who are overstimulated, overextended, and ready to stop running on fumes. Not just moms. Anyone carrying too much. Busy parents, young professionals, breadwinners holding everything together. Anyone who is tired of systems that somehow ask even more of you.
The idea is simple. Clear the noise. Keep what matters. Build a version of your life that doesn't leave you completely wrecked by noon.
Right now in the shop, you'll find digital resources designed to help you do exactly that.
My first is for the parents in the room.
No Toys Needed is an ebook for parents who want to connect with their kids without the clutter, the cost, or the constant stimulation. Whether you have a newborn or a toddler, it walks you through simple, purposeful activities you can do together using nothing but your time and presence. No toy hauls. No elaborate setups. Just real connection, made simple.
More resources are coming.
Different seasons of life, different kinds of noise to clear.
But they'll all be built on the same idea: less is almost always better, and you deserve tools that make life easier, not harder.
Keep what matters. Unmake the rest.
Welcome to the shop.
