Taking Unoriginal ideas to the next stage of Originality!

Well, together we've been sewing for 30+ years. Mainly for ourselves, friends, and random strangers at conventions. Finally over the years of brainstorming, we thought we'd try pleasing more than just ourselves and taking our designs out to more than our circle of people.

What we make isn't original. Corsets, skirts, bags, wallets, etc. Thus the first half of our name, but the twist or design we decided to play with truly makes them a one of a kind original item. It makes things fun for us, but we're both suckers for structure, thus the balance is achieved.

Payment is expected at the time of your purchase unless arranged otherwise. We primarily take payment via PayPal, but we will also accept money orders.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, you don't need a PayPal account. Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Items will be mailed out after payment has cleared. If you run into any problems with the payment, please contact us.
Unless otherwise noted, we ship all items using the US Post Office Priority Flat-rate shipping. If an item is too large or bulky for the flat-rate boxes, we’ll package it accordingly and ship via Priority Mail. The tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the item has shipped.

Please be sure your address is correct! We will ship to the address on your Etsy account unless otherwise specified. If a different shipping service besides the USPS is preferred, or if you want any additional services (re. express mail, insured, certified, etc) please contact us for a quote. If you live outside the United States, please contact us for shipping costs before you purchase an item. If you're serious about purchasing an item, we will mark it reserved for you. Please be aware that once an item has shipped, it's beyond our control and we will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, nor will we be responsible for duty or customs fees for international shipments. If an insured item is damaged or lost, the buyer is responsible for claims with the shipping service.

If you are from outside the United States and purchase one of our items, please contact us for shipping costs if the listing doesn't include them. We will not mail the item until the difference in shipping costs have been sent.
Refunds and Exchanges
When purchasing pre-made costumes and clothes, please be doubly sure of your measurements as all sales are final and we will not take returns on these items unless we have grossly misrepresented them in the descriptions. We try very hard to include detailed descriptions of materials and sizes of the items offered. All measurements are taken in inches with the garment laid flat or on a dress form. If you have any questions or doubts about sizing or need any assistance in obtaining your measurements, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to help.

If you run into a problem with a custom-made item, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to correct the problem. If we’ve made a mistake during the construction of a custom order, we’ll do what we can to correct the problem in a timely fashion if at all possible. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and it is not always possible to alter custom orders. Any items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn (outside of trying it on) and unwashed, and postmarked within three days of delivery. Return postage and re-postage is the responsibility of the buyer, and the cost of the item and will be returned minus the relisting fee and Etsy's sale fees.

No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any item. We do our best to make strong, durable clothing, but some items are delicate due to appliques or fabric used and require additional care. We do our best to include cleaning and care instructions tailored to the individual articles of clothing we sell, but not all items can or should be cleaned.
Additional policies and FAQs
If we are doing a custom order for you, please be ready for a lot of questions as we try to get your item exactly right. Custom costumes take additional time and money since we don't always have the necessary fabric and notions on hand, so if you need an item by a certain date, please get your order in early. Once a design and time line have been set, a deposit of 50% of the agreed-upon price is expected before we'll begin work on it, and then the balance of the price and shipping will be due upon completion.

We always appreciate your positive feedback. If for any reason you feel like you cannot leave a 5 STAR REVIEW, please message us first to see if we can work out the problem. This shop supplements our incomes and it's important to us to maintain 100% positive feedback. We honestly appreciate your business and want to offer you the best service possible.
