¡Hola! Me alegro mucho de que estés aquí. Mi pequeña tienda empezó cuando decidí que quería volver al mercado laboral, pero también quería asegurarme de poder seguir recogiendo a mis hijos de la escuela y de que estuvieran bien cuidados. Me di cuenta rápidamente de que me iba a resultar difícil encontrar un trabajo flexible que me permitiera viajar, llevar a los niños a sus actividades y traerlos de vuelta, y también seguir centrándome en mi propio camino hacia la salud. Con el amor por el diseño y después de muchas horas de investigación, nació Unplayable Design Co.
Mi marido tiene un trabajo de oficina a tiempo completo que no le gusta. En última instancia, le gustaría aventurarse en el mundo de YouTube haciendo videos relacionados con Magic the Gathering y cosas de frikis que no entiendo del todo. Sin embargo, juntos tenemos una afinidad por los juegos de mesa y la diversión familiar. Tenemos noches de juegos semanales donde la risa y el sarcasmo son FUERTES.
Dicho esto, la idea detrás del nombre de la tienda era la esperanza de sumergirnos en el mundo de los juegos de mesa. Con accesorios, ropa y regalos de broma en abundancia, esperamos desarrollar diseños para mejorar cada noche de juego. Así que, ¡ESTÉN ATENTOS! Hay mucho más por venir y mucho más en proceso.
Hello! I am so happy you are here. My little shop all started when I decided I wanted to get back into the job market but also wanted to make sure I could still do school pick up and make sure my kids (ages 7 and 4) were taken care of. I realized quickly that I was going to be hard-pressed to find a flexible job that would allow me to travel, take kids to and from their activities, and also continue to focus on my own health journey. With a love of design and after many hours of research, Unplayable Design Co. was born.
My husband has a full time desk job which he doesn't love. Ultimately, he would like to venture into the world of You Tube making videos related to Magic the Gathering and nerd things I don't quite understand. However, together, we have an affinity for board games and family fun. We have weekly game nights where the laughter and sarcasm are STRONG.
With that being said, the idea behind the shop name was a hope of eventually dipping our toes in the board game world. With accessories, apparel, and gag gifts galore, we hope to develop designs to enhance every game night. So, STAY TUNED! So much more is coming and so much more is in the works.
