All items will be shipped via USPS.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for processing.
If in case the store owner is out of town or on vacation, you will receive a message with an estimated shipping date and the item will be shipped as promptly as possible.
Repairs
If by any chance your jewelry has become broken or damaged within 90 days of purchase, due to normal wear, I will do my best to repair free of charge (you will only pay to have it shipped to me).
Many of my pieces are made with unique or rare components that may not be able to be replaced or repaired. I will do my best to repair your item or items to the best of my ability.

Keeping your jewelry stored properly can ensure the best quality and keep the natural process of tarnishing by exposure to oxygen, a natural process with silver. Storing your jewelry in an airtight baggie will help keep it as good as new!
To ensure the best quality of your jewelry, apply beauty products, such as lotions, hairspray, perfumes and oils before wearing your jewelry as most of these products contain chemicals that could damage and tarnish your beautiful pieces.
Try your best to keep your jewelry dry by removing before showering, bathing, swimming, hot tubs, etc.
For extra care or tarnishing, use a soft polishing cloth for your pieces to keep them looking shiny and new!

Please make sure to avoid using any extra oils or lotions behind the ears when wearing your UnRivaled earrings as this can breakdown the strong adhesive overtime and possibly cause damage to your earrings.
