The item itself is gorgeous, and the quality is fantastic. However, my issue was with the seller/whoever was in charge of getting the product in the mail promptly and updating customers on the status. It showed that the prayer beads shipping label was printed quickly after my purchase - which was fine. However, it took 14 days to get the product in the mail to me. There were no updates from the shop during that time to inform me of delays or anything. It wasn't until after I messaged them here on Etsy to inquire about my order that they finally updated me on what was happening. It was then placed in the mail quite quickly and arrived shortly afterward. Because of this, I may not order from them again. But, as stated previously, the prayer beads are gorgeous.

I recently decided to add prayer beads as a tool in my spiritual life. These are well done. They look and feel amazing. I would definitely purchase again.
