International Customers(including USA): All orders are sent by regular Canadian mail. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU NEED A TRACKING NUMBER and I will alter the postage for you. It usually takes 1 to 3 weeks to arrive at your location from CANADA. Sometimes it may be delayed by Customs or the Postal service. Please bear in mind, the package is out of my control once it is dispatched. So far none of my customers have ever lost their packages. Please do not worry if your package is a bit late. Thank you for your patience!!!

Welcome to UpBrass Handmade Jewelry shop.

Your happiness as a customer is extremely important to me and I will always do what I can to fix the problem, in the unlikely event that there is one. I would greatly appreciate it if you contact me BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback.

Payment

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. I expect payment at the time of the sale.

Shipping

COMBINED SHIPPING:
We automatically combine orders for you if you submit more than one.

All orders are mailed through Canada Post. Orders will be processed 1-3 days after payment, Monday to Friday. We will not process or ship any orders on national holidays – if this occurs, we will mail your order as soon as possible. Items will be shipped through Canada Post and costs will be determined by size and weight. We combine shipping for multiple orders and ship worldwide. The standard shipping method used is the fastest and most economical - it does NOT have insurance or tracking - Contact us if you want to upgrade the shipping method.

***U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are located in Canada. The shipping times are estimates and NOT guarantees. Even if we shipped your order out next day, this does not mean that customs will not delay your package for any reason.

***CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are now using the Etsy shipping address as the default. IMPORTANT - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they give us the correct address, and an address that can accept parcels. If the parcel is deemed undeliverable (through no fault of our own) and returned, then the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges again to have it resent. If the customer chooses a refund instead, then the refund will be made for the full amount less shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

***IF NOT INSURED
We will not cover damages or losses. If the mistake was ours (wrong items sent or just missed), contact us and we will remedy the matter.

***IF INSURED
Damages --> If you receive your package and it looks like it has been tampered with or opened, PLEASE take pictures of the package first before you start to open it.
Losses --> We will not consider a package lost until 30 days after it has been shipped. Some packages seem to take the 'long way around' for mysterious reasons, but still show up within 30 days. After 30 days, contact us and it will be decided between the customer and us whether to re-send or refund.

***RETURNS
Will only be accepted within a month after receiving your order. Items must be returned (at your expense) unused and in the original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded. You must let us know you are returning the item(s) before you ship it.
