Frequently asked questions
Do you accept custom orders?
I'm able to change sizes (for instance, if you have a certain frame already, and the print should fit in it), and is some cases color. Also, I can do some modifications of the existing art, if needed. It might cost the additional price.
I'm taking custom orders for totally new designs. Please, send me a message to discuss the task and the cost.
Can you rush my order or do overnight delivery?
All prints are printed after you place the order, and the print company has its own production timing (sometimes order might be completed in 1 business day, but usually 3-5 business days are needed). So I don't do overnight delivery. It's important to keep in mind, that I can't guarantee delivery times since that's out of my control. If you need something fast please contact me before placing the order (I might offer you something from the art that is not listed yet, but is printed or painted), or I may have to cancel if I can't fill it within the time frame you need it.
Are VAT taxes and import fees included in the price?
Individual countries have different laws about import taxes and fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any fees collected when the package is picked up. I can't mark an item as a gift to avoid paying those fees, that's considered mail fraud and is illegal.
VAT taxes are charged by individual countries, and laws are different everywhere. If Etsy is required to collect VAT taxes they will be charged when the sale goes through.
Certain countries have additional customs and postal fees which are imposed when the package is delivered. It's the responsibility of the customer to check on any laws specific to their own country and to pay any additional fees.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Depends on the destination, I use the services of different couriers.
I can't guarantee delivery times since that's out of my control. I only can give you the estimates: 6-20 days. But again, for the UK it's usually 1-3 days (if there are no any strikes or other issues on Royal Mail), for the US it could be 14 days on average.

Do prints come with a frame?
At the moment I only sell unframed prints, so you will receive a print in a tube. Which is good, as you may choose the frame that fits your interior the best.
How may I use digital downloads? (legal issues)
All prints are for personal use only. You can print purchased files as many times as you need for your personal usage only (for instance, for decor home, for decor special event, or as a gift).
IMPORTANT! Commercial usage or redistribution of any kind is strictly prohibited.
