4 out of 5 starsThe headboard is beautiful and well made. Something made of actual wood which is hard to find anymore. It took almost 2.5 months to show up which was unexpected, and I had to reach out multiple times for a status on it. They are responsive within a few days. When it arrived it was in two pieces which I did not expect, I thought it would be one piece. It came with extra boards and different screws and no instructions other than sharpied letters to match up on the back. Use your common sense to figure out which screws go to watch. So assembly was required. I ordered the headboard legs to attach to the frame but one wasn’t probably routed all the way through so it wasn’t useful. Instead of wait for shipping (considering the 2.5 months it took) we opted to wall mount, so we went and bought materials to wall mount it.

4 out of 5 starsItem is excellent! Very beautifully made. My only suggestion would be to include instructions - it was pretty simple to figure out, but as someone who isn’t good at handiwork, it would have made me feel more confident!

I ordered a headboard but I wanted to change the material and the height. The seller sent me samples and answered all of my (many) questions. The ultimate product looks fantastic. Don't hesitate!

5 out of 5 starsWe had an issue with bed assembly. After I reported the issue Nathan reached out personally. He FaceTimed to see if we could figure out what was causing the sound. The bed legs assembled incorrectly (as in backwards) by me could be the culprit. Appreciate the responsiveness. Now I absolutely love my bed!

Can you increase the height of my headboard?
Yes, here are our general options and pricing on headboard height extensions:
HEIGHT:
1” - 4” = $50
5” - 8” = $100
10” or more would be priced as a custom build
Can you match the finish on this piece in my house/that I found online?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a finish on a product we didn’t make. Feel free to share any pictures you may have and we can suggest one of our in-house finishes that would pair well or could be slightly modified to accommodate. A $50 customization fee may apply depending on the extent of the variation.
Can my bed be raised/lowered?
In most cases, we’re flexible with our platform heights. Height customization fees vary and we always recommend selecting a standard height when possible. Here are some common height customization ranges per bed style:
Plank, Boswell, and Carolina styles:
Platform height = 12” to 20”
Butte style:
Platform height = 7” to 12”
Low Pro style:
Platform height = 6” to 12”
Can I pair a Chevron, Carolina, Long Canyon, or Tribal Headboard with any bed frame?
Absolutely! A Low-Pro or Ol’ Plank can be upgraded with a Tribal headboard for $300 on a King and $250 for a Queen and under. Looking for a Chevron, Long Canyon or Carolina headboard? You can upgrade the headboard on any bed frame for $200 on a King and $150 on a Queen or under.
How long/wide is this bed?
With the exception being our Low Pro models, all of our bed frames conform to the following dimensions: Twin - 76”l x 40”w, Full - 76”l x 56”w, Queen - 81”l x 62”w, King - 81”l x 78”w, Cal King - 85”l x 74”w
A Low Pro, including the 4” ledge on the foot board and sides, is going to have the following dimensions: Twin - 81”l x 48”w, Full - 81”l x 64”w, Queen - 86”l x 70”w, King - 86”w x 86”w, Cal King 90”l x 82”w
Will I need a box spring?
Our beds are designed to eliminate the need for a box spring, allowing for a lower, sleeker look. All our platform style beds are built tough as nails, but if you feel that your mattress could use a bit more support, we also have options for extra slats or a solid wood panel.
