Urban Chaos with an emphasis on Chaos! The soaps are beautiful smell fantastic & the label and packaging, beautiful. When ordering the site indicates that manufacturing & delivery is based on the event date not the order date. This is understandable however I believed I would get the order at least a week prior to the event which was a bridal shower. The order was placed at the end of July & I understood that I would not be getting the product until October. I did start an active correspondence with urban chaos in mid-September as a reminder to the order. It was a bit nerve-racking that everything was last minute. The product was finally delivered less than 24 hrs before the event (mailed less than a week before the event.) Considering this was a custom made product for a special event this was too close for comfort for me!

These soaps are beautiful and very high quality! Denise was so helpful and accommodating with my unique request. Her website and ordering instructions are clear and easy to use. She has great customer service and an awesome product!
